Hallo! Bonjour!
I see both come from different countries, right? Germany and Belgium. I used to go to a German School, I can't remember very well, but here I go. Ich bin Flash. And yeah, that's about it. I can also say thank you and simple stuff like that. I've been to Belgium, my cousins live there, such a beautiful country. Je m'appelle Flash et J'aime le chocolat. I know a few more things, because I'm currently learning French.
I think it's going to be a nice and fun review to make. So, thumbs up!Layout & Design:
It's a very pretty layout. I'm not convinced with the font used in the header, but it's okay, I think both of you know how hard it is to find a suitable font. At least for me, it's hard work.
A thing I noticed when I was opening another tab in Firefox is that your favicon is with a white background, which makes it look out of place. Maybe you could take the white background so it can look cleaner.
The background of the whole layout is really nice! Oh, but there's one thing, in the header, the name of your website can hardly be read. First, because it's very small compared to the title that says "Leaving the Old Behind" and it doesn't contrast with its background.
Apart from the stated, it's really catchy and has its own style. I think the size of the font is really small and the contrast of white font against the pale pink background doesn't make it easy to read. I'll explain a little bit more in coding.

I'll separate your content in less categories than you have, because I see plenty links in your sidebar!
First of all, your index page is good. It gives a little 'Welcome Paragraph', that in my opinion fits well. It mentions to read the rules, maybe you could add a link to the word 'rules'. Also, that paragraph doesn't start with capital letters, so you better check that! News & Updates is very well organized, the avatar gives a bit of a personality to each person that writes, so that's good.
Furthermore, your sidebar is a little crowded, don't you think? There are many links going different directions. Maybe you can both think of a way to join a few categories. The Frames Layouts leads me to an Error Page. If the page is under construction, it's better not to show it on the side bar.
In the "Become Webby" form, I think you should add a space for examples of graphics, so you guys can know the style or the skills of the person who wants to be part of your website.
Almost all your graphics, layouts, icons, signatures have celebrity pictures. Don't forget that you are violating copyright issues. I know you two have heard of this, because as I can see, on your footpage, you have Copyright by Njomi & Anni

Like I said before, I think your font size is way too small, at least the one on your cutenews and sidebar. Also, the white colour of the font does not contrast with the pink background, which makes it hard to read. Of course I can read, but it would be easier.
In my opinion, I think you should validate your HTML and your CSS. Here is some links that will be very helpful.

Believe me, when you get this sort out, it would be so much easier and your HTML will look cleaner.
Apart from that, I have got to say your coding is very good! I love how you use some atributes. It shows that you know what you are doing, so congratulations!

Finally, I've enjoyed reviewing your website. I hope the advices I have given to you will be helpful for your website to improve. The layout and design were very good, matching colours were very well chosen, maybe pay a little more attention on the contrast between fonts and backgrounds. There's plenty of content to look at, that's good for visitors, maybe you could check about copyright images. Moreover, the coding was fine, the only recommendation would be to validate it.
